Hayder Shkara

Hayder Shkara is the principal of Justice Family Lawyers. He founded the firm in 2017 after returning from the Rio Olympic Games, where he competed for Australia in Taekwondo.

Hayder has vast experience in family law, including financial and property settlements, divorce, custody matters, wills and estate, consent orders, and binding financial agreements. He is an excellent communicator and holds well before a Judge and Magistrate in legal proceedings. He is also great with clients, and able to build close connections with them.

Hayder has a double degree from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and Communication (Journalism).

He is committed to Justice Family Lawyers and the team, overlooking all the matters and providing detailed support to his staff and clients. He values hard work and dedication, as an athlete, and will provide endless guidance to his team and clients.

When Hayder isn’t demonstrating his dedication to the firm, he is playing soccer with friends or coaching sports on the weekends.

I'm so glad I chose Justice Family Lawyers to handle my property settlement case. Right from the start Hayder gave me excellent advice on my prospects and then, over some two years, Harpreet helped me navigate my way through to a final hearing (still have to wait 3-6 months for the judgement). I spoke with a family law solicitor at Justice Lawyers. I booked for an hour, and the solicitor and i had a great dialogue. Harpeet, one of the lawyers was keen and honest and thoughtful. His information was thorough and i was greatly informed about how i should proceed with my case. Well worth the fee i paid for his services. I never felt i was rushed for time.

We had a Google meeting with Harpreet on Wednesday, he is an absolute jewel in every way. The very best lawyer we have ever worked with. He is insightful knowledgable and very rational. We have learned from him a lot during those 2 hours and no matter what the outcome will be, we know that with him we will get the maximum positive outcome that we could possibly get.
