Karly joined Justice Family Lawyers in 2025 after building experience across litigation, family law and criminal law. She has extensive experience across parenting disputes, property settlements, family violence matters and Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders (ADVOs).
Known for her warm and approachable nature and strong client advocacy, Karly is committed to helping clients through difficult circumstances. Her legal experience is complemented by a unique personal understanding of the family court system. Having spent two years managing family court proceedings herself, Karly gained valuable insight into the practical realities clients experience, including interactions with the Court, NSW Police and the Department of Communities and Justice.
This experience has shaped her approach to legal practice and allows her to connect with clients on a level that extends beyond legal advice. She brings a level of empathy and insight that allows her to genuinely understand the challenges, frustrations and uncertainty many clients face during separation and litigation.

Professional Background
Karly graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2021 and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law before being admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2022.
Prior to practising as a solicitor, she worked as a Paralegal in commercial litigation, civil litigation and general practice before transitioning into family and criminal law.

Karly understands that many clients are entering the legal system for the first time and may feel overwhelmed by the uncertainty ahead. Her goal is to provide more than legal representation. She aims to be a steady and supportive presence throughout the process, ensuring clients understand their options, feel heard and remain informed at every stage of their matter.
