Professional Background
Bree completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Notre Dame before being admitted as a solicitor in 2022.
Since joining Justice Family Lawyers in 2024, she has developed experience across a broad range of family and criminal law matters.
Her work regularly involves assisting clients in parenting and property disputes, defending ADVO applications, preparing statements for police, negotiating settlements, attending mediations and representing clients throughout court proceedings.
Practicing across both family and criminal law provides Bree with a valuable understanding of the overlap that can often occur between these areas, particularly where allegations of family violence, police involvement or protection orders arise alongside family law proceedings.

Beyond The Law
Outside the office, Bree enjoys staying active and making the most of the outdoors.
She spends much of her spare time at the gym, exploring hiking trails and travelling whenever she gets the opportunity. During Australia’s colder months, she enjoys escaping overseas to warmer destinations, where she can spend time exploring new places and relaxing by the beach.
